Autumn at the mill pond

A grey cloudy day, but the water was still and the sun was at just the right angle to illuminate the trees on the far side of the pond.

And, I put together a panoramic shot. Autumn here is mostly butterscotch, gold, yellow and green. The vine maples that have the intense colors are pretty much gone by now.

Such great reflections! I really like the one where the majority of what you show is the reflection in the water. You get such intense blues and clarity in your water; it reminds me of Crater Lake in Oregon!

Oh wow, beautiful colors and reflections! Most of our color has gone by already. We're hitting our 6- to 7-month brown period. :-(

WOW...those reflections are AMAZING! Like Becky said...here in Maine we are hitting the end of our season, which is so sad. IT was gorgeous this year.

I love how you have pieced them all together in the last shot.
