Landscapes: alpenglow

This is our local mountain, bathed in alpenglow. At certain times of the year, when the sun is just right, the mountain turns this lovely peachy-apricot color in the early evening. It doesn't happen very often, and it doesn't last long, but when it does, it is breathtaking.

Wow! And can you only have "alpenglow" on mountains? Pat, you so have to try RAW! YOu won't have any problems with it! You already seem to have total control over you white balance, but you'll be amazed at how much more you'll have!
