Saw this wonderful clematis at the nursery yesterday. The center is a bright lime green, and almost looks like an anemone. Against the periwinkle petals, it's very marine-looking.
And, this is a leaf in my garden, zealously decorated. Regardless of the source, I love the irridescence of the "embellishment".
***If you don't want to know where the stuff came from, stop reading. It is slug slime. EEEWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!

I knew that was slug slime. :-) I love that purple and green color combo on the clematis. Back when I did rubber stamping a lot, those shades were one of my favorite combinations (SU gable green and lavender lace as a matter of fact).
